Acceptance

By accessing or using PlayMemorize, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted use

PlayMemorize is provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Current pricing and any paid features are described on the Pricing page. You may:

• Use the trainers to practice mathematical constants, memory games, and educational drills.
• Share links to any page on playmemorize.com.
• Use PlayMemorize in classroom, academic, or non-commercial learning settings.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the site, code, or assets for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of our website, servers, or networks.
• Use automated bots, scripts, headless browsers, or fraudulent methods to access the service, manipulate leaderboards, or harvest rewards.
• Use the site in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

Intellectual property

The digits of mathematical constants (such as pi, e, and phi) and general factual knowledge are in the public domain.

The PlayMemorize application code, designs, visual presentation, original artwork, and educational materials are owned by PlayMemorize and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The PlayMemorize name, logo, and visual identity may not be used without prior written permission.

Promotional rewards and digital tokens

PlayMemorize may from time to time offer optional promotional Bitcoin Lightning micropayments (Satoshis) or challenge rewards:

• Discretionary gameplay perks: Rewards are promotional perks funded at our sole discretion. They do not constitute wages, bank deposits, investments, debts, or financial instruments, and do not convey any property, contractual, or ownership rights.
• Availability and limits: Reward allocations, challenge eligibility, and daily limits may be modified, paused, reduced, or discontinued at any time without notice or liability. Unverified, automated, or rapid repetitive submissions do not qualify for rewards.
• Account requirements and verification: Withdrawals require an authenticated account with a verified email address. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks, minimum balance requirements, and peer-to-peer Lightning Network liquidity.
• Anti-abuse and forfeiture: Any use of bots, scrapers, multiple accounts, automated interaction, or fraudulent tactics is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in abusive behavior forfeit accumulated rewards and are subject to immediate termination.

Disclaimer of warranties

PlayMemorize and all content, features, and rewards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Mathematical constants and educational calculations are provided for general educational use and are not certified for scientific, medical, or safety-critical applications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PlayMemorize, its operators, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site, regardless of legal theory. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of ten US dollars ($10) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Accounts and termination

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address used for authentication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict site access, or discontinue features at any time at our discretion without liability. You may request account deletion at any time from your /me page or by emailing hello@playmemorize.com.

General terms

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
